POLICIES AND PRACTICES
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Upon receiving your order, I will confirm that I have received it and let you know the approximate ship date via email.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL:
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. When you get to my website Checkout page fill in your name, address, etc. When you get to my Payment page choose PayPal and it'll take you to the secure PayPal website where you can use a credit card as payment.
Note: You can choose to open a PayPal account but you don't have to.
MONEY ORDERS:
Please email me if you would like to use a money order and I will send you the address to mail it to. Upon receipt of the money order, your order will be shipped in 1-2 days.
PERSONAL CHECK:
Please email me if you would like to pay by personal check and I will send you the address to mail it to. Once the check has cleared, your order will be shipped in 1-2 days.
SHIPPING:
Most orders received will be shipped in 1-2 days.
I use the Post Office Priority Mail for most items which normally takes 2-3 days. An invoice will be shipped with your order. Please note that I can only ship within the United States at this time.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to me. Any item returned to me within 5 business days will receive
a full refund of the purchase price. Please email me prior to the return.
SECURITY POLICY: The checkout process uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so any information you provide is secure. Please see Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information provided by the shopper will not be given to any outside vendor or website. Email addresses will only be used by Diane's Floral Boutique to notify shoppers of sales, new items, etc. having to do with this website only.
